    Are you the leader who can crush your own sales numbers—while you grow a high-performance team at the same time?

    Beyond that, do you love digging into the sales numbers and figuring out how to do everything you’re doing even better?

    If so, you could be the sales leader we’re looking for.

    As our new Head of Sales, you’ll be in charge of every aspect of our sales department. That includes owning this team’s KPIs including sales-led revenue and sales-driven lead generation.

    In this key customer-facing role, you’ll also be creating a methodical, data-driven sales process, filling and driving the sales pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals across multiple verticals.

    And of course, you’ll be building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team.

    What you’ll see and improve

    • Sales numbers: At the highest level, you’ll own the KPIs for your entire sales team. That includes aggressively expanding our customer base with sales-driven leads in the pipeline and sales-driven revenue.

    • Sales team: We just started growing this team. So we’re relying on you to help us hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR’s and account executives. You’ll also ensure everyone on your new team hits their KPIs and goals.

    • Key relationships: You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses.

    • Sales plan for the year: We go deep on planning. You’ll be our sales team quarterback who builds the sales strategy to hit this year’s numbers.

    • Demos, presentations and proposals: You’ll lead new client presentations, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals.

    • Craft client solutions: We want to hear what customers are thinking. As the face of our company, you’ll directly speak with leads and customers to understand their unique pain points—and create compelling business cases to meet their needs.

    • Build your pipeline: You’ll be in charge of building and maintaining your own robust sales pipeline—and finding potential leads through your own research.

    • Create the sales playbook: You’ll develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting and demand generation through contract execution.

    • Be the coach your team needs: You’ll effectively help your team of quota-carrying salespeople manage a full sales cycle, build and maintain a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting.

    • Help your clients become our next success stories. You’ll work with the rest of our team to help ensure successful onboarding for your newest clients.

    • Find new opportunities in the numbers: You’ll leverage our CRM data to construct, forecast and manage sales activity and drive a pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

    • Make what we do better: As the face of our company (and voice of our customers), we’d love for you to collaborate with internal product teams to provide feedback that can shape future product development.

    • The countless things we have NOT thought of yet: Again, we don’t micromanage. You tell us what needs to happen to hit our numbers. Then do it. Simple as that.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Small to Medium Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
    • You have a record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • You demonstrated your ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
    • You have experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting.
    • Passion, drive and the desire: You want to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.
    • You have exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills—including presenting alone in front of large groups!
    • You can work in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivated individuals succeed.
    • You have established relationships with Senior and C-level executives.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field
    • You have what it takes to lead and inspire a team.
